Ember Stays Earns Another #1 Ranking for Vacation Rental Management in St. George

Airbtics ranks Ember Stays first among 28 vacation rental operators, recognizing strong guest satisfaction, occupancy, and property management performance.

ST. GEORGE, Utah, Nov. 4, 2026 — Ember Stays has earned another #1 ranking among vacation rental management companies in St. George, Utah, this time from Airbtics, a short-term rental data and analytics platform. The recognition follows an earlier #1 ranking from Manager Review in June 2026, further establishing Ember Stays as the leader in the Southern Utah vacation rental market.

In its October 2026 rankings, Airbtics evaluated 28 vacation rental operators in the St. George market using its VRM Index, a 100-point scoring system that considers guest ratings, Airbnb Guest Favorite recognition, occupancy, and operating scale. Ember Stays earned the top position with a score of 83 out of 100.

According to Airbtics' analysis, Ember Stays achieved several standout results:

• #1 overall ranking among 28 vacation rental operators evaluated in St. George.
• 71% Airbnb Guest Favorite rate, reflecting the percentage of tracked listings recognized by Airbnb for exceptional guest experiences.
• 4.9 average guest rating across its tracked Airbnb properties.
• 72% estimated occupancy, compared to the market median of 56%, a difference of 16 percentage points.

The findings highlight Ember Stays' ability to combine highly rated guest experiences with strong property performance in one of Southern Utah's most competitive vacation rental markets.

"To receive this kind of recognition from two independent organizations in the same year is incredibly meaningful," said Kurt Avarell, Chief Executive Officer at Ember. "Our goal has always been to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests while providing homeowners with the confidence that their properties are being cared for and managed at the highest level. These rankings reflect the dedication of our team and the approach we've built at Ember Stays."

The Airbtics recognition follows a June 2026 ranking from Manager Review, which named Ember Stays the #1 vacation rental property manager in St. George based on aggregated Airbnb guest reviews. Ember Stays held a 4.96 average guest rating, the highest among the companies evaluated.

While Manager Review's ranking focused on guest satisfaction, Airbtics' broader evaluation incorporates occupancy and operating scale alongside guest reviews. Together, the two rankings provide independent recognition of Ember Stays' commitment to hospitality and professional vacation rental management.

Ember Stays manages a growing portfolio of luxury vacation homes, with a strong presence in Southern Utah's premier resort communities. The company takes a hands-on, locally focused approach to property management, with dedicated Home Managers responsible for no more than 15 homes each.
